Job Description:
Role: Solution Architect – Digital Transformation
Experience: 10-14 yrs
Work Location: Bangalore

Designing comprehensive solutions to address specific business problems or requirements. Analyzing business needs, assessing existing systems and infrastructure, and designing solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
Position Responsibilities: Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Evaluating different technologies, platforms, and frameworks to determine the best fit for the solution. Collaborating with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and developers, to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Designing system architecture, including high-level components, interfaces, and interactions. Considering factors such as scalability, reliability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness. Providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle to ensure that the implemented solution meets the intended business objectives

1.Experience with the following technologies;

• RPA Platforms
• API’s or Integration experience
• Cognitive software tools AI/ML
• Intelligent document Engines
• C# and/or Java, HTML, CSS
• Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services)
• ERP systems
• BPM Tools knowledge will be a plus
• Experience in Intelligent Automation is desirable

2.Experience in identifying and developing the non-functional requirements and integrating that with the TDD.
3. Assist development team in resolving technical problems
4. Anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery
5. Assist with the design, build, rollout and run support for technology solutions
6. Design and/or configure applications / tools to functional and technical requirements
7. Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and provide solution
8. Assist Support teams with technical expertise to resolve issues
9. Participate in effort estimation for new projects
10.Provide technical guidance to consulting and development teams
11. Develop reusable components and IP for the organization
12. Work with clients and RPA vendors to select & implement RPA technology;
13. Deep Technical competencies on RPA tool/s: 2+ yrs of RPA software tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or UI Path) experience is a must
14. Should be able to drive best practices around coding, design, quality and performance
15. Plan and implement version control of source control
16. Should be able to create a complete technical architecture for RPA projects making sure the architecture is extensible and scalable
17. Should be able to do a comparative analysis across different RPA tools based on various technical parameters including network architecture, BOT deployment, server sizing, licensing etc.
